Artsy is one of the world’s leading online art marketplaces with millions of collectors, curators, and art professionals using the platform every month. Access is restricted to galleries and institutions; individual artists cannot list directly.
Artfrofest holds a gallery account on Artsy. Selected artists are listed and managed through our gallery page we handle the collector communications, inquiry follow-up, pricing presentation, and documentation, so your work reaches serious buyers without you managing the platform.
What’s included:
- Listing of selected works on Artfrofest’s Artsy gallery page
- Collector inquiry management and follow-up by Artfrofest
- Pricing guidance and professional artwork documentation
- Regular profile updates and work uploads

Artsy does not offer a partnership service for individual artists or agencies. Artfrofest's gallery account is a professional gallery subscription your works are presented as part of the Artfrofest gallery, with Artfrofest acting as your gallery representative. This is the standard model used by professional agencies worldwide.

Represented Artist is Artfrofest’s most comprehensive service. It combines structured career management with active placement collector introductions, sales handling, and fair opportunities through Artfrofest and its partner network.

What's not included:
Shipping, packing, insurance, framing, customs, installation, external specialists (PR, photography, legal, accounting), production costs, or third-party fees not agreed in writing.

FAIR OPPORTUNITIES

Art fairs remain one of the most direct routes to collector relationships and institutional visibility. Artfrofest submits and exhibits at selected fairs each season and opens these opportunities to roster artists.
When Artfrofest is applying to or attending a fair, selected artists may be submitted for inclusion. We handle submission, booth planning, logistics coordination, and follow-up. You focus on the work.
Fairs we target include: AKAA Paris, Drawing Now Paris, Affordable Art Fair, and emerging diaspora-focused fairs across Europe and Africa.

No. Artfrofest builds the structure — positioning, professional presentation, collector access, and consistent follow-up — and executes with regularity. Final acquisition decisions rest with collectors, galleries, and institutions. We do not make guarantees we cannot control.
A 40% commission applies on sales handled through Artfrofest channels. Artists receive 60% of the sale price, paid within 30 days of cleared payment. Full terms are confirmed in writing before activation.
The Portfolio Audit (€149) and Featured Artist (€49/month) are priced publicly. Artsy Listing, Represented Artist, and Art Fair Access terms are shared in the Artist Services Pack after an initial review — because the right scope and structure vary by artist. Request the pack via the Contact page.
